Necessary storage
MomentDesk uses cookies or browser storage to maintain secure sign-in, prevent request forgery, remember language and privacy preferences, and keep local drafts or interface settings. These functions are needed for the features you request and cannot be switched off using the analytics control.
Signing out ends access on that browser, but may leave language preferences and local drafts. On a shared device, sign out and clear site data when you finish. Clearing site data can remove unsynced drafts and your saved privacy choice.
Optional analytics
Analytics is off until you allow it. When enabled and configured, it sends limited product-usage events to PostHog US as explained in the Privacy Policy. MomentDesk does not use advertising cookies, session replay or automatic capture of page content. Learner accounts never send optional analytics.
With your permission, the website and app store a random browser identifier for these events. The optional momentdesk_posthog_visitor_id and momentdesk_acquisition cookies last up to 30 days and apply to momentdesk.com and its production subdomains. They connect a public-page visit and signup click to a completed registration, with a limited source, medium and campaign category. Full URLs, arbitrary query values and referrer addresses are not sent. The app still requires its own analytics permission before using this identifier. Signing out or refusing analytics clears these cookies and the local identifier. It is separate from your account and is not used to identify you across devices. If optional browser storage is unavailable, these PostHog events are not sent.
Select Necessary only to refuse optional analytics. Use the Privacy settings button on this page to change your choice later. The choice applies to the browser and site where you save it; another device may ask again. A changed choice affects future collection, not automatic erasure of earlier events.
Other services
Google or Apple may use their own cookies during a sign-in you choose to start. Polar checkout uses its own necessary payment technologies and notices.
