Trial and Free plan
A new tutor account starts with a 30-day trial that does not ask for a card or authorize any charge. When it ends, your account moves to the Free plan: up to 5 selected active learners and 500 MiB of library and board files. Other learners become read-only; lessons, history and exports remain available. To close an account or request removal of your data, contact hello@momentdesk.com.
Paid subscriptions
Paid checkout is being configured. The following terms apply when paid subscriptions are available.
The planned monthly subscription costs 15 USD plus applicable taxes for up to 30 active learners and 2 GiB of library and board files. Polar sells the subscription as Merchant of Record. Its checkout shows the final amount and monthly renewal terms before you confirm a purchase. Creating an account or using the cardless trial does not authorize a purchase or automatic conversion to paid access.
Cancel renewal
Open Settings → Plan and billing → Manage billing, then cancel the subscription in the Polar customer portal. Check the displayed end date and cancellation status after returning to MomentDesk. Canceling renewal leaves paid access available until the confirmed end of the current period. After that, the Free limits apply unless you have other active access; records and exports remain available. Merely closing a browser, signing out or requesting account deletion does not cancel a Polar subscription.
Request a refund
Contact hello@momentdesk.com with the checkout or order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card details or passwords. We review refund requests individually and coordinate an approved refund through Polar. You can also use the support information on your Polar receipt and the Polar buyer terms.
Cancellation and refunds are separate actions: canceling renewal does not automatically issue a refund, and a refund does not itself cancel renewal. Ask for both when that is your intention. A submitted request is not confirmation that money has been returned. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Lesson payments
A tutor’s lesson fees are separate from a subscription to MomentDesk. MomentDesk stores lesson-payment records but does not collect lesson payments. Questions about a tutor’s fees or refund arrangement belong with that tutor.
