Manage external sign-in methods
A linked external account adds a sign-in method. If your account already has a password, that password continues to work.
Tutors who want a faster or a safer way in.

You can sign in the way that suits the device you are on.
What to do
Open Connections
Go to Settings → Connections and find Sign-in methods.
Link an account
Choose Connect beside the provider you want and finish the sign-in in the window that opens. Only the providers enabled for your MomentDesk workspace are offered.
Check the result
A linked account is listed with the address it uses. An unlinked one reads Not connected.
Disconnect
Disconnect removes the link when another sign-in method remains. MomentDesk refuses to disconnect the last method. An existing password works independently; a password-free account has no password fallback.
Use it next time
Use the configured Continue with Google or Continue with Apple button on the sign-in page for an account you have linked.
Good to know
- A student or parent links their own account from their own profile; you cannot link one for them.
- If a method is not configured for your workspace, MomentDesk says so and asks you to choose another.
