Who is MomentDesk for?
Independent tutors teaching learners aged 14 and older, starting in the United States. Learners aged 14–17 join with a parent's or guardian's consent. MomentDesk is not available to learners under 14.
Can I start teaching today?
Create a tutor account, choose your time zone and add your first student. Your 30-day Premium trial starts at registration, without a card.
Does MomentDesk collect lesson payments?
Lesson payment tools keep manual records. Receive money through your own payment method, then record it in MomentDesk. Your MomentDesk subscription is separate.
What will it cost?
New tutor accounts receive 30 days of Premium free, with up to 30 active students and 2 GiB for library and board files. After that, Free includes 5 selected students and 500 MiB. Students and parents do not pay a MomentDesk subscription.
Monthly Premium is planned at 15 USD plus applicable tax. Checkout is being configured; the free trial does not require it.
Are video calls included?
Start audio or video calls from your chat with a student. Both participants need to allow microphone or camera access in their browsers. You can also use your usual meeting service.
